The Editors will ensure the quality of the website. They are assisted by Advisors who will review contributions and comment.

The website will grow over time. The initial version is focussed on GSM Phase 1. This will be expanded to GSM Phase 2 and 2.5 and to UMTS.

The website does not pursue any commercial targets.
